GET /v1/filings/{ticker} returns EDGAR filings that touch one issuer in the window, typed by form (corp.8k, corp.insider, corp.activist, corp.offering, corp.bankruptcy), with the per-asset impact (direction, confidence) and a link to the original document on sec.gov.
